Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for several Summer Intern positions within Global Development, with a hybrid on-site model in NJ/PA. The program offers real-world experience across drug development, regulatory processes, and data analytics for undergraduates.

Selected interns will work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, start May 24, 2027, and end around August 13, 2027, gaining mentorship and cross-functional exposure while supporting ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Undergraduate student enrolled during internship and not graduating during the program.
• Minimum four college semesters completed prior to start date.
• Preferred GPA 3.5 or higher and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
