Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is offering a 2027 Summer Intern position within the Global Development Organization. The role supports the SBO group across multiple optimization projects in R&D with a hybrid on-site model in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

The program targets undergraduates pursuing STEM or related fields, emphasizes project leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management, and requires 40-hour work weeks with a pay rate between $23.50 and $52.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited university for the duration of the internship.
• By start date, candidate must be an undergraduate sophomore or above.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
