Job summary

LeoLabs is hiring a Procurement Specialist in Menlo Park, CA. You will procure components, equipment, and services for R&D, prototype builds, and NPI, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance to align schedules and budgets.

You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage risks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Hybrid role with strong cross-functional collaboration and compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing or supply chain roles.
• Experience supporting R&D, prototype development or NPI.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Procure components, materials, equipment and services for R&D and production.
• Translate requirements into sourcing plans and purchase orders.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers for development programs.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Monitor performance, risks and escalate constraints affecting milestones.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and gov't requirements.
