Job summary

Fox Factory, Inc. seeks a skilled individual to apply shock building expertise in creating prototyping products. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and requires a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in automotive shock absorber prototyping, alongside strong technical skills and the ability to operate relevant machinery. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive shock absorber prototyping or similar experience.
• Shock dynamometer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform builds and teardowns to support R&D testing.
• Use a shock dynamometer for builds and tuning.
• Organize and support offsite field testing.
• Follow current processes and drive efficiency changes.

Skills

Use of lathe, mill, saws, etc.

Data acquisition and analysis

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Computer competency using Microsoft Office

Education

HS graduate or equivalent AA degree in a technical discipline
