Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry or research experience.
• Hands-on wet chemistry techniques and laboratory experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and test technical hypotheses with standard instrumentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and characterize new additives and formulations for electroplating products.
• Collaborate with global teams on product development projects.
• Perform polymer synthesis and characterization at laboratory and pilot scales.
• Design experiments in electroplating, electrochemistry, chromatography, microscopy, NMR, and materials testing.
• Analyze data, communicate results to stakeholders, and support scale-up activities.
• Lead focused technical projects with minimal supervision; uphold safety protocols.
