Qnity is seeking an R&D Scientist to join our Advanced Circuits & Packaging (ACP) team in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The ACP organization develops innovative materials and technologies that address critical challenges in the global semiconductor packaging and circuit manufacturing industries. This role is ideal for a scientist with expertise in polymer and organic chemistry, materials science, and formulation development who enjoys hands-on laboratory work and collaborating with global technical teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of next-generation electroplating products through polymer synthesis, formulation design, materials characterization, process scale-up, and electrochemical testing. In addition to working within cross-functional teams, this individual will lead focused technical projects and serve as a resource for less experienced team members. This is a 100% onsite position based in our Marlborough, MA facility. Please note: Sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this opportunity.
