Qnity, a global leader in materials and solutions for advanced electronics, seeks an embedded R&D Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of materials and samples across our Marlborough, MA site. You will oversee access to logistics tools, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role prioritizes accuracy, proactive communication, and data-driven process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating shipments, carriers, freight movements, or related logistics activities.
• Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and/or 3PLs.
• Knowledge of SAP data structures, functionality, and navigation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Manage access to R&D logistics tools, systems, and resources and onboard new ship-from locations.
• Coordinate system access, training, and country-specific procedure updates with SMEs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to SDS, labeling, shipments, and processes.
• Coordinate updates to procedures and Power Apps, including testing and implementation.
• Troubleshoot shipping, workflow, customs, and clearance issues with support teams and partners.
• Provide guidance on logistics requirements, risks, non-conformances, and process changes.
• Coordinate third-party labeling support, renewals, and new country requirements.
• Analyze shipment data, track cycle times, and communicate performance insights.
