Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate candidates for an Early Career R&D program across North America, including roles in chemistry, chemical engineering, data science, and related fields. You will develop, implement, and optimize technical solutions, contributing to Dow’s sustainability goals and customer value.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date by September 2027, the ability to work in the United States, and a GPA around 3.0.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• TWIC card may be required depending on location.
• Preferred GPA 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business and customer goals.
• Optimize processes and applications; stay current with developments in relevant technology areas.
• Troubleshoot and solve customer problems and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals.
• Opportunities exist across the R&D function including process research, technical service, pilot plant tech, and data science.
