Job summary

Dow's Early Career Research & Development program invites new graduate BS/MS candidates to contribute to R&D across locations in North America, including Pennsylvania. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and support new products aligned with Dow's sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Math/Statistics or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
