Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate researchers for our Research & Development programs in the United States, including Michigan. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and support deployment of new products across multiple R&D domains.

As an early career professional, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with Dow teams, and contribute to sustainability goals while advancing your problem-solving and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with graduation by Sep 2027.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Candidates should have no more than two years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications in support of Dow’s R&D efforts.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
