Dow in Texas is launching opportunities for new graduate BS/MS candidates in Research & Development. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in relevant areas of technology.

As an early-career researcher, you will contribute to Dow's broader goals in sustainability, collaborate across teams, troubleshoot customer problems, and help deploy new products and technologies in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date of no later than September 2027.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.
