Dow invites new graduate Bachelor and Master’s candidates to join our Early Career Program in locations such as Michigan and other North American sites. As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and troubleshoot customer problems while contributing to sustainability goals.

You’ll gain exposure across R&D functions from process research to data science, with a focus on safety and collaboration within Dow teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Eligibility to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship available.
