Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a mid-level supply chain coordinator for a 6-month, onsite contract in San Diego, CA. You will coordinate supply requests, work with suppliers, and maintain purchasing records within established processes.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain/purchasing, strong spreadsheet skills, and experience with purchasing or request-management software. You will partner with Procurement and Finance to track spending and resolve invoice issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Experience with purchasing, order coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of purchasing or request-management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply requests and purchasing activities through established processes.
• Resolve routine exceptions such as delivery delays and incomplete information, and elevate larger issues to Procurement.
• Work with laboratory and site teams to anticipate supply shortages and upcoming needs.
• Partner with Finance to track spending, reconcile invoice discrepancies, and keep records current.
• Suggest practical improvements to supply coordination processes and share knowledge with peers.
