Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering technician, testing, manufacturing, or related technical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency using complex testing instruments, measurement tools, and gauges.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to document test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Technical degree or equivalent relevant hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, production, testing, and maintenance of engineering components and equipment.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and documentation.
• Conduct materials testing and evaluate product performance.
• Perform equipment maintenance, calibration, mechanical and electrical repairs, and adjustments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot products and equipment under development.
• Operate complex instruments, testing equipment, and precision gauges.
• Test prototypes and models, document results, and prepare technical reports.
• Identify technical issues, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical team members to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
