Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems Mexico (Recr) is seeking an R&D Technician in Canton, SD to construct prototype heat exchangers. Responsibilities include producing quality prototypes that meet dimensional requirements and assisting in the development of production processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong metal working abilities, the capability to read engineering drawings, and excellent mechanical aptitude. An employee benefits package, including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan, will be provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of post high school education in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding in steel and aluminum.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes according to ATS procedures and product standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with testing tasks and new product introduction.
