Adams Thermal Systems Mexico (Recr) is seeking a leader for the Tube and Fin Assembly area in Canton, South Dakota. The role involves assisting the Production Supervisor with daily operations, ensuring efficient production, and training associates on quality and safety practices.

The position offers a full benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, a matching 401k, and paid time off. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 5AM to 3PM with potential overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and the ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor and Operations Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure safe and timely production of scheduled orders.
• Train associates on Quality System Procedures and safety practices.
• Manage daily material flow to/from/within the department.
