Benshaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex R&D projects across the full product lifecycle. You will guide cross-functional teams, establish scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones, and proactively manage risks in a matrix organization.

The ideal candidate combines technical and commercial understanding, communicates effectively with executives and engineers, and drives project commitments while advancing Benshaw’s product portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of project/product management in industrial or electrical equipment.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams across locations.
• Strong presentation skills for executives and technical teams.
• Proficiency in PM processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex R&D projects across full product lifecycle from concept to sustainment.
• Develop corrective action plans with options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Initiate new projects with scope, success criteria, and phase-gate milestones.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk; provide leadership with updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams across locations and secure commitments.
• Track budgets and product cost targets; ensure on-time delivery.
