Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support R&D efforts in Peripheral Vascular Health on a contract basis. The role focuses on developing and maintaining cross-functional project schedules, monitoring execution against plan, and leading project meetings with sponsors and teams.

The position requires 7–10 years of PMO experience, strong Microsoft Project skills, and excellent communication across functional areas.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related PMO and project management experience in R&D or medical device environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling practices.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and actively manage detailed cross-functional project schedules in Microsoft Project, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and schedule changes.
• Monitor and control project execution, including schedule performance, scope changes, risks/issues, and mitigation or recovery actions.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings and communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to project teams and sponsors
