Job summary

Phlow is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning and execution of cross-functional API research, development, and manufacturing initiatives. You will maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, and track milestones while escalating risks and ensuring deliverables align with scope.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of project coordination experience and is highly organized with strong communication skills, willing to work across technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Science, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, manufacturing, R&D, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and following up on action items and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and execution of cross-functional API R&D and manufacturing projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, action-item logs, and other PM tools.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies; escalate delays or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and maintain status across functions.
• Assist with scope development, work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support government contract activities, including tracking milestones and reporting requirements.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and accessibility of records.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Track resources, expenditures, and other financial information as directed.
