ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a Project Engineer to support multiple engineering and technology development projects within the R&D team. You will drive day-to-day execution, track progress, and coordinate actions across concurrent workstreams.

You will work with engineering leadership to resolve routine issues, maintain schedules, and help ensure commitments are completed. This role offers exposure to diverse technical disciplines and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• A proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day visibility of progress across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Track actions, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules to drive on-time closure.
• Escalate issues with context, impact, and potential paths forward.
• Support development of project schedules, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Prepare status reports and facilitate reviews with leadership.
