Job summary

Marvin is seeking an R&D Program Coordinator to support the VP of Research & Development and coordinate strategic initiatives, leadership priorities, and daily operations across the R&D organization.

This role suits a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives on keeping projects moving, assisting leaders, and improving team coordination within Marvin’s creditworthy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, business operations, executive support, or related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and drive work to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate R&D programs, projects, timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, materials, presentations, notes, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and resource coordination.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional communication and project updates.
• Support department operations, onboarding activities, organizational resources, events, and process improvements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
