Job summary

NewVine Employment Group is seeking an organized and proactive R&D Coordinator to oversee communication and coordination across product development, serving as the primary liaison between R&D and Marketing, Purchasing, Compliance, Manufacturing, and Sales, ensuring that product updates, formulation changes, timelines, and launch decisions are communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating product development in a regulated industry, strong project management

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating product development from concept through launch in a regulated consumer products industry.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of product formulation, testing, and quality requirements.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in Monday.com or a comparable project management platform.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate products from concept to launch across testing, sampling, manufacturing and launch.
• Track development timelines, milestones, formulation changes, and launch readiness.
• Ensure formulations meet product and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor COAs and testing results for product samples.
• Identify delays or compliance concerns and escalate to stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into active, discontinued, and upcoming product lines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between R&D and Marketing, Purchasing, Compliance, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Communicate updates, changes, timelines, and decisions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners on status and schedules.
• Ensure Purchasing sees upcoming material, packaging, and vendor needs.
• Share sampling results and customer feedback to support improvements.
• Maintain project tracking boards and decision logs with R&D docs.
• Support process improvements and ensure procedures and documentation are followed.
