Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of work experience with technical projects.
• PMI/PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management or process improvement certification is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, documenting processes, and using best-practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong change leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in a plant/pilot environment.
