Medline Industries, LP is seeking a leadership-level candidate to manage the R&D function, overseeing employees, projects, and related research activities in support of Medline product development. The role requires coordinating with quality, regulatory, legal, and manufacturing teams to drive initiatives and ensure timely execution.

The position emphasizes planning, risk assessment, technology evaluation, and implementation of new products and protocols, with potential involvement in budgeting

Formación

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• Work Experience: At least 4 years of R&D experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience assessing and initiating actions independently.
• Experience taking charge of a situation, team or project.
• Experience processing all relevant details, prioritizing importance and drawing concise conclusions.
• Experience using time management skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage activities and accountability of a team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Collaborate with divisional personnel, quality, regulatory, legal, and manufacturers to identify projects and resources; develop timelines and communication lines for successful execution.
• Identify issues and risks and develop contingency plans.
• Evaluate new technologies and products; stay up-to-date with developments in the field and incorporate as required.
• Research, plan, and implement new products, programs, and protocols.
