Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or related field.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of medical device requirements (Class I-II), design controls, risk assessments, and 510(k) process.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and balance priorities to meet deadlines and goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing and product divisions.
• Develop, communicate and track project plans, budgets, scope, timelines and end dates.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and represent Medline on technical committees.
