Medline Industries, LP in Mundelein, IL is seeking a chemistry/biology-oriented professional to support the development of new products and technologies within the R&D group. • Ensure compliance in all research, data collection, and reporting activities for regulatory requirements related to biocompatibility and R&D product development, design, stability, safety and efficacy.

• Certification / Licensure: None
• Work Experience: None
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Position may require travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (domestic and international).

• Work Experience: At least 1 year of R&D or lab experience in healthcare industry.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Knowledge of biocompatibility and general understanding of material physical and chemical properties.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position: $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
