Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Six years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience delivering applications through the full lifecycle.
• Experience gathering requirements from users and validating solutions.
• Experience leading technical decisions across a team or project.
• Experience performing code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, design, and delivery of custom software tools for R&D productivity.
• Define, collect, and report measures tying tool adoption to outcomes.
• Lead the full application lifecycle and maintain documentation.
• Lead testing strategy, release readiness, and post-release support.
• Define and improve development processes across the team.
• Train internal customers on new tools and workflows; gather roadmap feedback.
• Mentor Engineers, Associate Engineers, and Interns.
• Model SEL values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
