Qualifications

• Graduating December 2026 to August 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work in a lab with various materials.
• Excellent organization and multi-project management skills.
• Self-starter, critical thinker, able to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by developing and refining product formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Apply engineering principles to solve scale-up challenges from lab to full-scale manufacturing.
• Create and manage product specifications and processing standards.
• Develop SOPs, test methods, and best practices while leading trials and analyzing results.
• Collaborate across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to meet objectives and manage risk.
