Clorox is seeking a product/process developer to lead next‑generation litter materials at our Pleasanton, CA site. The role focuses on innovative product and process development for Fresh Step, Scoop Away, and Ever Clean, partnering across manufacturing, marketing, and external partners to deliver consumer-relevant solutions that scale.

Formación

• 2+ years as a product or process developer in consumer product goods.
• Experience developing products or processes from early-stage concept through technical validation, scale-up, or commercialization.
• Strong experimental design, data analysis, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product and process development for next-generation litter materials.
• Design and execute technical testing to validate product design and performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Human Insights, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners to meet consumer, operational, and business needs.
• Maintain knowledge management and documentation for reusable technical know-how.
