Clorox is seeking a Product Development Scientist (Ph.D.) in Pleasanton, CA to drive innovative consumer and professional product formulations. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Insights, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, and Digital Data teams to translate scientific insights into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in aqueous oxidants, surfactants, and antimicrobial formulations is preferred.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into product solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive novel product formulations to deliver superior product experiences.
Troubleshoot formulation challenges and generate data to support technical solutions.
Document technical solutions for IP protection and competitive advantage.
Develop SOPs and test methods for successful commercialization.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Insights, and cross-functional R&D teams.
