Job summary

Clorox is hiring an R&D Product Development Scientist 2 to drive technical excellence across Consumer and Professional Products. You will apply your PhD-level expertise to develop and optimize formulations that meet diverse end-user needs, from everyday consumers to hospital disinfection, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Insights, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, and Digital Data.

Execute with Excellence: Troubleshoot formulation challenges and generate data to support solutions.
Own the Technical Details: Document novel technical solutions for IP protection and competitive advantage.
Support Commercialization: Develop SOPs, test methods, and lead product testing and launches.
