Job summary

This technical leadership role concentrates on direction and execution of projects across North America’s Elevate Growth Team, translating business needs into tested, scalable solutions.

You will manage multiple assignments in a cross-functional environment, applying scientific principles to new situations and guiding teams to deliver results with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Solid understanding of food chemistry, analytical testing, formulations, and processing used in food manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, influencing, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate others.
• Manage multiple assignments/tasks concurrently with the ability to question the priority of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize new products and renovate existing products across the Sauces & Condiments portfolio.
• Scope and drive highly technical projects to meet platform and innovation objectives.
• Lead junior developers on projects when required.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, prototype development, costing, and factory trials.
