Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking candidates for multiple product development roles at our Glenview R&D Center.

You will direct and execute technical projects across North America, applying scientific principles to create and improve products for iconic brands like Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Lunchables. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage several assignments with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in a technical field related to food, dairy, meat science or chemical engineering.
• Strong understanding of DOE, food chemistry, analytical testing, formulations and processing used in food manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bench top experiments in the lab.
• Test new products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional content, shelf-life, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead pilot plant and product plant scale-up of formulas.
