Qualifications

• Sauce and condiment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize new products and renovate existing products across the Sauces & Condiments portfolio.
• Scope and drive highly technical and complex projects to meet platform and innovation objectives.
• Lead junior developers on projects when needed.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, prototype development, costing, and factory trials.
• Develop recipes and prepare factory documentation and labeling.
• Provide technical approval and shelf-life assessments, supporting initial factory production.
