Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design, R&D, or mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficient with SolidWorks for 3D modeling and product design.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings.
• Experience with prototypes and product testing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and families for HVAC and construction applications.
• Lead design modifications to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Organize and lead stage-gate projects for new product development.
• Create concepts, models, drawings, and prototypes in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Plan and conduct laboratory testing for design verification and validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, operations, and suppliers.
