Qualifikationen

• MS or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Eng, Physics or Chemistry.
• Expertise in plasma-based semiconductor processes (PECVD/CVD).
• Experience with SPC and DOE, from scratch control charts and data analyses.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven optimization skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and sustain wafer fab process development and manufacturing support.
• Drive process control, CPI, and yield improvements with data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with equipment engineering on tool performance, PM strategies and throughput.
• Define process flows and transfer to manufacturing; implement robust control.
