Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an R&D Process Engineer to develop and optimize passive interposer substrate processes for our Heterogeneous Integration technology. This onsite role focuses on wafer fab process development, process control, and collaboration across design, integration, test, and manufacturing teams.

The candidate will drive CPI, DOE, and SPC initiatives to improve yield, cycle time and quality, with strong hands-on semiconductor processing expertise and

Qualifications

MS or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Eng, Physics or Chemistry.
Expertise in plasma-based semiconductor processes (PECVD/CVD).
Experience with SPC and DOE, from scratch control charts and data analyses.
Strong problem-solving and data-driven optimization skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain wafer fab process development and manufacturing support.
Drive process control, CPI, and yield improvements with data-driven methods.
Collaborate with equipment engineering on tool performance, PM strategies and throughput.
Define process flows and transfer to manufacturing; implement robust control.
