Aufgaben

• Act as the technical lead for evaluating, qualifying, and onboarding external suppliers.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new converting equipment; develop SME on those systems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase OEE, reduce waste, and cut costs.
• Translate learnings into actionable insights; communicate findings across sites and teams.
• Develop and execute experiments to troubleshoot issues and validate process changes.
