The candidate should communicate data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and be open to ideas to drive best outcomes for the Mailers division. Travel is 50-75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with data presentation software.
• Experience with data analysis or statistics software.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for evaluating, qualifying, and onboarding external suppliers.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new converting equipment and develop SME on those systems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase OEE, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Translate learnings and upgrades into actionable insights and communicate findings to multiple sites.
• Develop and execute experiments to troubleshoot issues and validate process changes.
