Everforth Apex seeks a Process Technician 2 in Fremont, CA to support process development and R&D activities. You will set up and operate lab equipment, run experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare results for engineering analysis. Collaboration with engineers and production teams is essential in a fast-paced, on-site lab environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related technical field.
• Previous laboratory, manufacturing, engineering technician, or process development experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience documenting technical data and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Process Engineers and R&D teams in conducting technical experiments and product development.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and process equipment used for testing.
• Execute test runs and procedures according to protocols and SOPs.
• Collect, organize, and document process data with high accuracy.
• Prepare charts, graphs, reports, and summaries to communicate findings.
• Monitor process performance and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance to production operators during testing and engineering activities.
• Assist engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory organization, inventory, and readiness to ensure workflow.
