Job summary

DuPont is seeking an R&D Pilot Plant Technician to join the Water Solutions site in Edina, MN. The role supports development of RO and NF membranes and pilot-scale experiments on-site.

The successful candidate will operate and maintain equipment, develop SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer applications. On-site role with relocation not supported.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field; B.S. preferred.
• 5+ years of R&D lab or pilot plant experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with RO/NF pilot testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pilot plant scale experiments for RO/NF development.
• Operate and maintain equipment; design new setups as needed.
• Develop and improve SOPs and safety documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D and manufacturing.
• Document data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
