Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Fabrication team at our Edina, MN site. This full-time role involves producing water elements (membrane) through safe and efficient operation of the production line, with responsibilities spanning manufacturing/rolling, finishing, testing/packaging, and material handling.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, English literacy, ability to read HMI panels, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to read and navigate HMI panels.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow operating discipline to ensure safe, efficient operation of assigned areas.
• Operate and field check process equipment; monitor conditions and control systems as needed.
• Read production schedules to determine setup for current production run.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemicals.
• Stand/walk up to 8–12 hours; lift up to 45 lbs, pull to 82 lbs, push to 50 lbs.
