Job summary

DuPont's Edina, MN site is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join the Fabrication team and support water element production. You will operate production lines, perform tasks per procedures, and assist in multiple phases of manufacturing to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and English proficiency, with shifts 2C and 3C, Tuesday through Saturday. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write, and speak English.
• HMI panels navigation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Follow operating discipline to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Operate and monitor process equipment and control systems.
• Read production schedules and set up products for current run.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, chemicals.
