Salary Range: $65K to $75K

Dessert Holdings is looking for an R&D Pastry Chef to join our team, based out of our Aurora, CO facility. This role requires a results-oriented and detail-focused Pastry Chef with a strong creative pastry background. Responsibilities include creating prototype samples based on customer briefs and culinary leads, developing products for production, supporting the Culinary Innovation Team, and maintaining kitchen standards. The position involves travel, documentation, vendor and customer interactions, raw material testing, and sanitation.

The typical annual salary range is $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Food styling skills are a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
