Job summary

• 7+ years of relevant experience in laboratory, R&D, business, or scientific operations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory infrastructure to support R&D and CMC needs.
• Develop and improve laboratory workflows, systems and SOPs.
• Oversee procurement processes, budgeting and cost tracking.
• Lead vendor strategy and negotiation for lab supplies and services.
• Coordinate equipment lifecycle activities including maintenance and retirement.
• Ensure EHS compliance and coordinate safety documentation.
