Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an R&D Manager for Taste Elevation Business Continuity in a hybrid office setting. You will lead product development across multiple projects, coach a team of product developers, and translate business and regulatory needs into practical development plans from concept through commercialization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong technical judgment, and the ability to balance leadership with hands-on development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 6 years of product development experience in CPG/food & beverage or related industry; or Master’s with 5+ years; or PhD with 4+ years.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical talent.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, product formulation, processing equipment, and lab test methods.
• Proven ability to lead product development and commercialization across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development across cross-functional projects within Taste Elevation, including brand maintenance and productivity initiatives.
• Coach and develop a team of product developers, setting priorities and building capability.
• Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into clear development plans and ensure execution from concept to commercialization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve technical issues.
