BEA, a BeA Technologies division of Halma plc, is seeking a strategic leader to own the Americas sales and marketing strategy and to lead Sales Management, Customer Service, and Technical Service as a unified team focused on delivering customer value and growth.

You will build deep OEM relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams across product management, engineering and operations to sharpen market focus and accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree valued but not required.
• Progressive commercial leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or sensor sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) and strong Office suite proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Owns the Americas sales and marketing strategy and translates it into clear priorities, milestones and KPIs.
• Leads Sales Management, Customer Service, and Technical Service as a unified team delivering customer value and growth.
• Builds executive relationships with key OEM accounts and partners, understanding their business and future needs.
• Directly engages in high-value opportunities, negotiations, and issue resolution to accelerate opportunity development.
• Leads and develops the customer-facing organization with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Owns regional sales performance, forecasts, pipeline quality, and pricing discipline; identifies growth opportunities.
