Job Description

  • Specialist science/chemistry qualifications and proven knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of production processes and the impact of raw material characteristics and properties on product performance and compliance
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail in the field of expertise
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate findings and messages both written and verbally
  • Good interpersonal skills with team members and people management skills
  • Analytical, innovative, critical, and structured thinking
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Maintenance of quality management system (Korean Standards, ISO)
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly reports on R&D activities according to company procedures
  • Continuous analysis of transfer prices, expenses, quality features, and production efficiency
