Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering required with electrical power distribution exposure.
• Minimum 12 years in product development and design of electrical equipment.
• 2+ years of leadership/managerial experience and 5+ years in strategic operations with PM work.

Responsibilities

• Support Technology Center Manager in planning and management of R&D activities and resources.
• Manage cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly activity reporting; collaborate across product managers and project managers.
• Establish cross-functional design reviews, allocate resources, and ensure competencies for future products.
• Plan portfolio, capacity, and resources; coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
