Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an R&D Technical Writing Analyst in Salt Lake City to assist in labeling documentation, change control, and ensuring GMP/QSR compliance. This role requires collaboration with R&D, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality to support patient safety and accurate labeling.

Experience with labeling software and printers, Adobe Suite, and CAD tools is preferred. The role involves independent work, document control, and coordination of labeling updates across

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Experience in labeling in a medical device industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage labeling design using templates and style guides.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining labeling documentation and specifications to GMP/QSR standards.
• Manage labeling data in document control systems and ensure changes are supported by data.
• Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Update technical publications and labeling for accuracy and consistency.
• Support labeling design setup using GLS/Prisym and Adobe products; operate onsite label printers.
