The role involves lab testing, equipment use, data analysis, and collaboration with QA, Operations and R&D to drive product development and post-market support while maintaining GLP/GDP standards in a biohazard environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and 1 year industrial lab experience.
  • Experience handling plasma, serum, and whole blood.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Word and basic statistics.
  • Willing to work in a biohazardous lab environment following GLP/GDP.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with R&D scientists to generate and analyze data for sensor development and transfer to manufacturing.
  • Lab work including preparing aqueous solutions, blood preparations, assembling consumables, and testing.
  • Participate in test method development and multi-protocol validation.
  • Investigate unexpected results and communicate findings.
  • Support lab functions: inventory, data extraction, procedures, receiving materials.
  • Identify and drive continual laboratory improvements.
  • Interact with R&D, Technical Operations, and QA personnel.
